Despite previously vowing to never have surgery again, Rodrigo Alves has revealed he has gone under the knife once more for an elective bum lift which saw him put on two stone for a lipo fat transfer.
In exclusive interview with MailOnline, the 33-year-old Brazilian revealed how he was put on a 3000 calorie diet, why he went under the knife again and why he'll never stop striving for perfection, although suffering life-threatening necrosis after his body rejected his sixth nose job.
He revealed: 'The gym doesn't work for me at all, I have a hormone dysfunction and my body doesn't build muscle. So if I want to modify my body, I need to go on a very extreme diet and surgically get fat moved from one part of my body to another part.
'In this instance, I've put two stone on and eaten 3,000 calories, so I've been having cakes and over Christmas I was eating a lot. I gained a lot of fat quite quickly, the fat went to my back and to my legs, the doctor gave me a high-definition liposuction and that fat was transferred to my bum.'
Having now spent £368,0000 in total on cosmetic surgery, Rodrigo explained he spent £8,000 for his latest lipo transfer in Marbella - where he is currently based.
He said: 'I was born in Brazil but I never had the Brazilian bum. The Brazilians are famous for a peachy, perky bum.
'Over the summer, I'm hosting a bikini competition in Marbella and I want to just look at my best, I'm going to be wearing skimpy swimming trucks so I just want to look good.
'I just want to be the best that my body allows to be and thanks to plastic surgery I can be that.'
And while many would assume he maybe trying to emulate someone else, he insisted that he 'loves' himself and is only trying to be the best version of himself physically.
He added: 'There is no one else like me out there, I'm the one and only. I don't want to look like anyone else either.
'It's been a long journey for me, ten years that I've been reinventing myself with plastic surgery. I've had 47 surgeries and have spent so much money.'
However in 2016, Rodrigo was rushed to hospital in Malaga after he noticed a hole in his nose.
Doctors soon discovered he had necrosis, where flesh begins to die because of a lack of blood supply as a side effect of his sixth nose job.
Doctors warned him the infection could eat through his nose and become gangrenous - meaning his nose would have had to be removed.
In July, he underwent a 10-hour reconstruction operation in which cartilage from his wrist was implanted into his nose - and due to the health scare vowed never to go under the knife again.
Although he promised himself he would never have another surgery again, he candidly told MailOnline he won't ever stop and will be having a full face-lift later this month as well as his ninth rhinoplasty in March to correct the damage done to his nose.
He explained: 'I'm not going to stop. It's a continuous maintenance. Next month, I'll be doing an MOT, there's maintenance that comes along with having all this surgery. If I let myself go, I start losing hair, wrinkles start to come.'
'It's impossible to stop. I had to have a nose job in order to fix a problem that happened. I've had so many surgeries, it's like a domino effect. It's like an MOT, like a car you have to have it serviced every year, it's exactly like that.
'I have to have a facelift to fix my face from a previous procedure so there's a reason behind everything. Then, I'm going to have another nose job because I still can't breath.'

No word on how she amassed all that money, but she looks unrecognizable from her photos as a 12-year-old girl. According to her profile, Vanilla claims to be from the Palace of Versailles and 27 years old, but her friends from school in Japan leaked the fact that she was 32. She is only 152 centimeters tall, about 5 feet, but she plans on spending another seven million yen, about 60,000 dollars or so, to make herself taller. And she plans to keep on changing.
Vanilla has published an autobiography titled Cho Seiikei Bijin, which literally means Super Plastic Surgery Beauty, and she is a busy woman, making appearances on television shows and media events. Her official blog is titled The Versailles Diaries.

Cindy Jackson is beautiful, but she wasn't born with her show-stopping looks. She bought them.
Jackson, a Londoner who hails from the American Midwest, has had $100,000 in cosmetic procedures, including 14 full-scale operations as well as cuts, pulls, peels and jabs.
She's had Botox, five face-lifts and liposuction, and her eyes have been done – twice.
In total, Jackson has had 52 cosmetic procedures, a world record for the most procedures ever undergone by one person.
"I didn't set out to break, to set a world record, it was never my ambition, it's just that I had so much done," she said.
Asked why she had, she gave a simple reply: "For me, it was just to look better."
"For me, the best result is one that looks natural," Jackson added. "I wouldn't ever want anyone to stop and stare at me and say 'that woman's had a lot of surgery.' I would never want to look like I'd had anything done."
Jackson: 'It Was Like Being in the Wrong Body'
Jackson, 55, grew up in small town Ohio, with a short-tempered father and low self-esteem.
She recalled a comment someone made to her when she was young: "One guy said when I was 14, 'You know Cindy, when you smile, from the side your nose and chin almost meet.'"
"It was like being in the wrong body and wrong face and I felt that very much and wanted to change it," she said.
When her father died, he left her some money, and she used it to start her transformation.
She says she's been careful to take it slow, but also said she just wants to look beautiful and young.
"I feel like a young spirit and I don't want to look in the mirror and see and old face. I feel this is me," she said. "This is the way I should look."
'We Don't Have to Look Like Our Parents'
Her most recent procedure was having her hands injected with a substance that apparently stimulates collagen production.
"I'd had everything done to look younger, to look better, and my hands were letting me down," she said. "I did have prominent veins and tendons sticking up and now you don't see them at all."
Jackson said people's middle years – their 40s, 50s and 60s – were being "redefined" by this generation.
"We don't have to look like our parents," she said. "It's evolution. It's medical progress."
Jackson works as a consultant, providing plastic surgery and anti-aging advice, according to her website. She's also written two books: "Living Doll" and "Image and Cosmetic Surgery Secrets."

A plastic surgery addict injected cooking oil into her face when doctors refused to give her any more silicone.
Former model Hang Mioku has been left permanently disfigured following the DIY beauty treatment.
After injecting an entire bottle of black market silicone into her face, Hang resorted to using cooking oil that left her face severely swollen and scarred.
Her plights was featured on Korean television and viewers donated thousands of pounds to pay for corrective surgery.
During the first of 10 operations, surgeons removed 60g of silicone, oil and other foreign substances from her face and 200g from her neck.
However, Hang is still disfigured and she said she wishes she could have her old face back.
Hang had her first procedure aged 28 and then moved to Japan where she had repeated treatments.
She quickly became obsessed with having smoother and softer skin.
Doctors eventually refused to carry out any more work on her after her face became noticeably enlarged.
However, she managed to get hold of a bottle of silicone and a syringe to self-inject but when that ran out she resorted to use cooking oil.
Her face was so altered that her own parents did not recognise her and local children also used to call her 'standing fan' because her face was so large compared to her small body.
Numerous operations paid for by donations have managed to reduce the size of her face and neck but she is still significantly disfigured.
Recently the former model was working in a recycled clothes shop, called The Beautiful Shop, and receiving handouts from the state.
6. Plastic surgery addict splashes £4k on eye implants to look like 'cartoon dream'
Cosmetic surgery addict Pixee Fox hit headlines last year when she had six ribs removed to sculpt the “perfect” hourglass figure.
The 26-year-old bombshell has gone under the knife a whopping 18 times and forked over £80,000 in a bid to look like Jessica Rabbit.
Now the former electrician has spent a further £4,100 on eye implants to swap their colour from blue to “cartoon green”.
Pixee said: "This is something I have wanted since I was really young. I really wanted to have a different eye colour.
"I first heard about this surgery three years ago and as soon as I heard about it I knew I had to have it.
"The colour I've gone for is sea green. It's really extreme and something that you couldn't have naturally.
"It doesn't worry me that it is permanent; that's what I like about plastic surgery – the permanency of it."
The jaw-dropping procedure is usually used to correct iris abnormalities but it isn’t available as a cosmetic operation in most Western countries.
Instead Pixiee flew to New Delhi, India, to see Dr Suraj Munjal at the Spectra Eye Hospital.
The operation involved having two intraocular implants, made by US firm BrightOcular, inserted into her pupil through a 2.8mm incision.
The implants come folded and are injected into the eye. Despite the drastic results, the procedure only takes 15 minutes per eye and is performed under local anaesthetic.
After she’d got her new eye implants back in April, Pixiee took in some of the sights around New Delhi.
But the “body-modification artist” ended up becoming the main attraction as hundreds of fascinated people followed her through the streets.
She said: "I thought I would be judged a lot more for my appearance but it has been the complete opposite and every has been really friendly and nice to me.
"It's such a nice country and I definitely want to go back."
Surprised onlookers couldn’t help but stare as Pixee went shopping in the centre.
One passerby, Vijay Raina, said: "This is the first time I've ever seen something like this.
"She has a very skinny waist and then the body is broad. It's a nice, attractive figure."
Another local Vishali Bhutan added: "Her look is very different from Indian ladies. It is unique."
Pixee, who is originally from Stockholm, Sweden, has always been obsessed with cartoon characters like Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and Holli Would from Cool World.
She thinks their curves and small waist to hip ratio are the “ideal” female body and through her surgeries she’s shaved her measurements from 30-24-34 to an eye-watering 38-16-39.
But the 5ft 4ins model isn’t done yet and plans to have custom butt and hip implants fitted in the summer – and then she wants to break the world record for the smallest waist.
Pixee said: "The record right now is 15ins and I want to go down to 14ins.
"But right now I need to recover from all the procedures.
"I'm just going to eat and be happy – but by the end of the year I am going to go for it."
7. Jordan Parks, a 23-year-old from England who wants to look like Kim Kardashian, recently appeared on E!’s show Botched because he said his lips were “leaking.”
The self-proclaimed lip filler addict said he’s had filler injected into his chin, both lips, both cheeks, and his forehead, and has had Botox around his nose.
Parks said he was 19 when he got his first procedure, getting his eyebrows tattooed.
At 21, he got his lips done. He said of the procedure: “I went in and said, ‘You need to make me look natural. I want just a little bit of definition.’ And they just got bigger and bigger!”
He told E!, “I sort of got addicted to the lip filler.”
His addiction led to health problems. He went on the show because his lips had started to leak.
Parks said he doesn’t necessarily want to decrease the size of his lips. “I just want them to stop leaking!” he said.
However, doctors refused to do any additional surgery on Jordan, and it’s unknown whether his lips have stopped leaking.

Bee Cameron is so desperate to turn back the hands of time she’s run up $10,400 of debt and suffered through botched surgeries.
She’s lavished cash on liposuction, three boob jobs, an eye lift, surgery to give her a thigh gap and improve the look of her hands.
“Surgery boosts my confidence and I often get chatted up by men as young as 18. It’s flattering, and no one believes me when I tell them how old I am,” she said.
“Now, I don’t date anyone over 35, and have a great sex life as a result and I look forward to my procedures like someone looks forward to a date.
“I consider my body an ever changing work of art. I am not hurting anyone and I find the fact I can change and control my appearance empowering.
“I know some people may criticise but it’s my life and my body.”
Bee has just got back from a holiday where she celebrated her 52nd birthday — no one could believe how old she was.
She’s in the middle of getting jabs in her hands to help them look less wrinkled, a procedure dubbed the ‘Madonna hand job’ by some.
“The skin thins with age and the fillers give them more depth and help reverse the ageing process,” she said.
“I have to have three to four further sessions to ensure its perfect, and as well I have just had fillers to sculpt my cheeks and jaw line and more Botox.”
Bee began to think about changing her body after she breastfed her kids, and this is when her ‘plastic fantastic’ fascination began.
“I had my kids and was dull and boring in my 20s and 30s and even 40s,” she said.
“I decided in my 40s I wanted a new body, a new look, a new image and I wanted to be 30 again — 50 is the new 30 — people say that I have used plastic surgery to produce a body that proves it and I will have the latest and most radical surgeries just to see the effect.
“I was also partly inspired by the sexiness of Jessica Rabbit — that ‘50s sex appeal was what I wanted.”
Bee began by having some Botox injections and filler to remove eye bags.
She was amazed by how great the results were, so immediately decided to get some more.
A boob job became her next goal, with the mum explaining: “After breastfeeding my breasts were left looking like bags of marbles.
“I remember when I was feeding my children I loved the larger size so I set about replicating that size.”
She went under the knife in 2007, but by 2011 her dream chest had become a nightmare.
“I had to have my implants removed because one implant had ruptured,” she explained.
“The left was literally squeezed out of my breast due to a PIP implant rupture.”
This didn’t put her off though, and Bee soon had another op on her boobs boosting them to an HH cup thanks to half a litre of saline in each.
“I wanted them big and plastic looking and out there. I wanted to be 50 and proud of my breasts. The PIP scare didn’t worry me I went back for more surgery,” she said.
Next up Bee decided to tackle her thighs, as she wasn’t happy with their shape. She wanted a gap between them, so decided the surgeon’s knife was the best way to achieve one. Unfortunately, things once again didn’t go to plan.
“I had the procedure were fat is sucked out of the inner thighs and skin is pulled and meant to create even and thinner thighs and a gap like high-end catwalk models have,” she said.
“However once the extensive bruising had disappeared and I’d worn the special customised leg tights for six weeks I was horrified to see my surgeon had botched the procedure.”
Bee’s legs were left lumpy and with pulled skin.
She’s now making it her mission to ensure other women realise the risks with this kind of surgery.
It will cost $10,300 to repair the results of the botched procedure, which the mum is saving up for at the moment.
The experience hasn’t put her off updating her look though, and Bee has Botox and fillers between three and five times a year. She also has her lips maintained so they always look full, and she’s had eyebrow tattoos.
On top of this, she’s been to Hungary to have her teeth capped for $17,250 plus she’s splashed out on a mini silhouette face lift to help her jaw line look tight.
She wants a butt job in the future, as well as another face lift, laser surgery around the eyes and Botox in her feet to stop high heels from hurting.
There are non-invasive procedures on her list too, including a vampire face lift, IPL laser treatments, regular face peels, facials and dermabrasion as well as detoxifying massages to drain unwanted fluid.
Regular hair extensions, pedicures and spa weekends cost even more money, with the mum saving, using credit cards and taking out loans.
“Over the past decade I have spent a lot but it adds up slowly and until you add it up you don’t realise the costs which includes travel and accommodation and consultations,” she admitted.
“My only regret is the thigh gap surgery — I need that fixed.
“It’s botched and for me I think we should have a central list people can name and shame surgeons on — with so many people having all different types of surgery it’s time to have such a site or perhaps a patient rating site with gold stars or a site where people can openly list their botched surgeries and find surgeons happy to repair it at a discount.”
Bee had her first invasive procedure when she was in her 40s and freely admits she looks completely different now to when she was in her 20s and 30s.
She’s used to people from her past failing to recognise her and loves being mistaken for someone 20 years younger — especially as it means she’s constantly approached by younger guys when she’s out.
Bee has got used to being chased by toyboys, which could be part of the reason she’s vowed to still be going under the knife in her 90s.
“It used to be you had children and just got old,” she said.
“Now we can turn back the clock and for me the plastic look is what I like.
“It may not rock other people’s worlds but it does mine so before you moan remember it’s my life.”
Not everyone is such a fan of her look — Bee admits some of her family worry about her repeatedly going under anaesthetic.
Still she won’t give up on her dream body.
“I am proud of my body and after celebrating my 52nd birthday with Botox and fillers and a summer holiday to Europe I can’t wait for another short break away to show off my Jessica Rabbit breasts in a bikini,” she said.

A transgender woman who has spent £52,000 on plastic surgery to enhance her looks has revealed that she refuses to stop until she has reached 'perfection'.
And her wife is fully supportive of her decision.
Fulvia Pellegrino has had more than 150 lip and cheekbone fillers, four breast implants, and two rounds of liposuction.
The 56-year-old, from Italy, has spent €12,000 (£9,000) on her bum and is planning even more surgery in her quest for the perfect face and body.
Remarkably, Fulvia’s wife, Marisa, is standing by her husband, although the pair are now more like sisters than a married couple.
Fulvia said: “I am not happy with my ‘perfect’ body, because it is not perfect. Perfection is something else.”
Fulvia was just fifteen years old when she first realised she was transgender .
But fearful of her strict religious family, and her father who was in the clergy, Fulvia kept her feelings a secret.
She said: “I was living with my family who were very narrow minded and very religious.
“I never manifested my will because it was impossible with my dad.
“He had three sons and he wanted three sons only.”
She kept her torment hidden even when she met her wife, Marisa Altare, 32-years-ago.
But secretly Fulvia frequented gay clubs and cross-dressed in the privacy of her own garage.
She said: “I was feeling trapped in my body. I hid in the garage and put make-up on dressed like a woman.
“I never showed that side of me because I was ashamed of it.”
Fulvia masked her turmoil and exaggerated her masculinity in public, buying guns and owning expensive cars.
She said: “It is difficult to grow up with a body which is not yours. You try to mask it in every way playing football, drinking beers, buying American 4x4s and go shooting to feel like a man.
“Instead you understand it is a mask and so you need to throw it away and become what you are.”
Finally sixteen years ago (2000) Fulvia could not bear to hide and confessed to Marisa that she wanted to transition.
She said: “Obviously Marisa lost if for a moment, it is not something that is easy to accept.
“Today Marisa and I are nothing more than two sisters.
“We live together, we argue like two normal people but not like husband and wife.”
Fulvia began her transition by receiving hormone therapy and looking into plastic surgery.
And Marisa visited a psychologist to help her come to terms with her new life.
But while Marisa was accepting of Fulvia her parents refused to tolerate it.
Fulvia said: “My dad asked my wife to sign a paper to send me into a psychiatric institution to make me change my mind.
“It was very hard, when my father passed away they didn’t let us go to the funeral because they were ashamed of us.
“The only people who accepted me were my brothers.”
But despite her family’s turmoil, Fulvia began to pursue her extreme look with breast implants, a nose job and face lift in 2004.
Three more breast augmentations followed by liposuction, numerous fillers in her cheeks and lips and a £22,000 butt lift.
But Fulvia, who used to run a restaurant but no longer works, struggled financially.
She sold her guns, cars and a house in France to pay for her expensive surgeries.
Now the pair struggle on Marisa’s wage as a holistic therapist.
And while Marisa is happy to support Fulvia’s quest to achieve her desired look, inhabitants in their town of Peveragno have gone of their way to exclude the couple.
Fulvia said: “I am now the clown of Peveragno. They point at me, they talk about me, they start inventing stories about me that I am a prostitute.
“My friends have all vanished – they didn’t accept me.
“I couldn’t be without Marisa and do what I do without her. She is always here with me.”
But despite the difficulty she faces Fulvia is desperate to continue her plastic surgery.
She said: “I want to look like Allanah Starr, an American transgender porn star.
“Plastic surgery is not a drug but its something that people like me need.
“I am not happy with my face and other parts of my body.
“I won’t stop here, I want to go ahead because it’s not perfect. If I reach perfection maybe I will stop.”

Money can't buy happiness, but it can do a lot of things, like let you turn into a doll. A woman from Japan who calls herself Vanilla, but unfortunately is called the "Plastic Surgery Monster" by the unforgiving media, has spent over $300,000 to look like a French doll. What started her on this obsessive path of physical transformation were the unkind words her father spoke to her as a child: "You are ugly so you have to live with it." She obviously disagreed. No word on how she amassed all that money, but she looks unrecognizable from her photos as a 12-year-old girl. According to her profile, Vanilla claims to be from the Palace of Versailles and 27 years old, but her friends from school in Japan leaked the fact that she was 32. She is only 152 centimeters tall, about 5 feet, but she plans on spending another seven million yen, about 60,000 dollars or so, to make herself taller. And she plans to keep on changing.
Vanilla has published an autobiography titled Cho Seiikei Bijin, which literally means Super Plastic Surgery Beauty, and she is a busy woman, making appearances on television shows and media events. Her official blog is titled The Versailles Diaries.
4. Cindy Jackson Sets World Record With 52 Plastic Surgeries, Cosmetic Procedures

Jackson, a Londoner who hails from the American Midwest, has had $100,000 in cosmetic procedures, including 14 full-scale operations as well as cuts, pulls, peels and jabs.
She's had Botox, five face-lifts and liposuction, and her eyes have been done – twice.
In total, Jackson has had 52 cosmetic procedures, a world record for the most procedures ever undergone by one person.
"I didn't set out to break, to set a world record, it was never my ambition, it's just that I had so much done," she said.
Asked why she had, she gave a simple reply: "For me, it was just to look better."
"For me, the best result is one that looks natural," Jackson added. "I wouldn't ever want anyone to stop and stare at me and say 'that woman's had a lot of surgery.' I would never want to look like I'd had anything done."
Jackson: 'It Was Like Being in the Wrong Body'
Jackson, 55, grew up in small town Ohio, with a short-tempered father and low self-esteem.
She recalled a comment someone made to her when she was young: "One guy said when I was 14, 'You know Cindy, when you smile, from the side your nose and chin almost meet.'"
"It was like being in the wrong body and wrong face and I felt that very much and wanted to change it," she said.
When her father died, he left her some money, and she used it to start her transformation.
She says she's been careful to take it slow, but also said she just wants to look beautiful and young.
"I feel like a young spirit and I don't want to look in the mirror and see and old face. I feel this is me," she said. "This is the way I should look."
'We Don't Have to Look Like Our Parents'
Her most recent procedure was having her hands injected with a substance that apparently stimulates collagen production.
"I'd had everything done to look younger, to look better, and my hands were letting me down," she said. "I did have prominent veins and tendons sticking up and now you don't see them at all."
Jackson said people's middle years – their 40s, 50s and 60s – were being "redefined" by this generation.
"We don't have to look like our parents," she said. "It's evolution. It's medical progress."
Jackson works as a consultant, providing plastic surgery and anti-aging advice, according to her website. She's also written two books: "Living Doll" and "Image and Cosmetic Surgery Secrets."
5. Woman who injected COOKING OIL into her own face after doctors refused to give her any more plastic surgery
A plastic surgery addict injected cooking oil into her face when doctors refused to give her any more silicone.
Former model Hang Mioku has been left permanently disfigured following the DIY beauty treatment.
After injecting an entire bottle of black market silicone into her face, Hang resorted to using cooking oil that left her face severely swollen and scarred.
Her plights was featured on Korean television and viewers donated thousands of pounds to pay for corrective surgery.
During the first of 10 operations, surgeons removed 60g of silicone, oil and other foreign substances from her face and 200g from her neck.
However, Hang is still disfigured and she said she wishes she could have her old face back.
Hang had her first procedure aged 28 and then moved to Japan where she had repeated treatments.
She quickly became obsessed with having smoother and softer skin.
Doctors eventually refused to carry out any more work on her after her face became noticeably enlarged.
However, she managed to get hold of a bottle of silicone and a syringe to self-inject but when that ran out she resorted to use cooking oil.
Her face was so altered that her own parents did not recognise her and local children also used to call her 'standing fan' because her face was so large compared to her small body.
Numerous operations paid for by donations have managed to reduce the size of her face and neck but she is still significantly disfigured.
Recently the former model was working in a recycled clothes shop, called The Beautiful Shop, and receiving handouts from the state.
6. Plastic surgery addict splashes £4k on eye implants to look like 'cartoon dream'

The 26-year-old bombshell has gone under the knife a whopping 18 times and forked over £80,000 in a bid to look like Jessica Rabbit.
Now the former electrician has spent a further £4,100 on eye implants to swap their colour from blue to “cartoon green”.
Pixee said: "This is something I have wanted since I was really young. I really wanted to have a different eye colour.
"I first heard about this surgery three years ago and as soon as I heard about it I knew I had to have it.
"The colour I've gone for is sea green. It's really extreme and something that you couldn't have naturally.
"It doesn't worry me that it is permanent; that's what I like about plastic surgery – the permanency of it."
The jaw-dropping procedure is usually used to correct iris abnormalities but it isn’t available as a cosmetic operation in most Western countries.
Instead Pixiee flew to New Delhi, India, to see Dr Suraj Munjal at the Spectra Eye Hospital.
The operation involved having two intraocular implants, made by US firm BrightOcular, inserted into her pupil through a 2.8mm incision.
The implants come folded and are injected into the eye. Despite the drastic results, the procedure only takes 15 minutes per eye and is performed under local anaesthetic.
After she’d got her new eye implants back in April, Pixiee took in some of the sights around New Delhi.
But the “body-modification artist” ended up becoming the main attraction as hundreds of fascinated people followed her through the streets.
She said: "I thought I would be judged a lot more for my appearance but it has been the complete opposite and every has been really friendly and nice to me.
"It's such a nice country and I definitely want to go back."
Surprised onlookers couldn’t help but stare as Pixee went shopping in the centre.
One passerby, Vijay Raina, said: "This is the first time I've ever seen something like this.
"She has a very skinny waist and then the body is broad. It's a nice, attractive figure."
Another local Vishali Bhutan added: "Her look is very different from Indian ladies. It is unique."
Pixee, who is originally from Stockholm, Sweden, has always been obsessed with cartoon characters like Aurora from Sleeping Beauty and Holli Would from Cool World.
She thinks their curves and small waist to hip ratio are the “ideal” female body and through her surgeries she’s shaved her measurements from 30-24-34 to an eye-watering 38-16-39.
But the 5ft 4ins model isn’t done yet and plans to have custom butt and hip implants fitted in the summer – and then she wants to break the world record for the smallest waist.
Pixee said: "The record right now is 15ins and I want to go down to 14ins.
"But right now I need to recover from all the procedures.
"I'm just going to eat and be happy – but by the end of the year I am going to go for it."
7. Jordan Parks, a 23-year-old from England who wants to look like Kim Kardashian, recently appeared on E!’s show Botched because he said his lips were “leaking.”

Parks said he was 19 when he got his first procedure, getting his eyebrows tattooed.
At 21, he got his lips done. He said of the procedure: “I went in and said, ‘You need to make me look natural. I want just a little bit of definition.’ And they just got bigger and bigger!”
He told E!, “I sort of got addicted to the lip filler.”
His addiction led to health problems. He went on the show because his lips had started to leak.
Parks said he doesn’t necessarily want to decrease the size of his lips. “I just want them to stop leaking!” he said.
However, doctors refused to do any additional surgery on Jordan, and it’s unknown whether his lips have stopped leaking.
8. The 52-year-old mother of two who has spent $148k to look like a 30-year-old

Bee Cameron is so desperate to turn back the hands of time she’s run up $10,400 of debt and suffered through botched surgeries.
She’s lavished cash on liposuction, three boob jobs, an eye lift, surgery to give her a thigh gap and improve the look of her hands.
“Surgery boosts my confidence and I often get chatted up by men as young as 18. It’s flattering, and no one believes me when I tell them how old I am,” she said.
“Now, I don’t date anyone over 35, and have a great sex life as a result and I look forward to my procedures like someone looks forward to a date.
“I consider my body an ever changing work of art. I am not hurting anyone and I find the fact I can change and control my appearance empowering.
“I know some people may criticise but it’s my life and my body.”
Bee has just got back from a holiday where she celebrated her 52nd birthday — no one could believe how old she was.
She’s in the middle of getting jabs in her hands to help them look less wrinkled, a procedure dubbed the ‘Madonna hand job’ by some.
“The skin thins with age and the fillers give them more depth and help reverse the ageing process,” she said.
“I have to have three to four further sessions to ensure its perfect, and as well I have just had fillers to sculpt my cheeks and jaw line and more Botox.”
Bee began to think about changing her body after she breastfed her kids, and this is when her ‘plastic fantastic’ fascination began.
“I had my kids and was dull and boring in my 20s and 30s and even 40s,” she said.
“I decided in my 40s I wanted a new body, a new look, a new image and I wanted to be 30 again — 50 is the new 30 — people say that I have used plastic surgery to produce a body that proves it and I will have the latest and most radical surgeries just to see the effect.
“I was also partly inspired by the sexiness of Jessica Rabbit — that ‘50s sex appeal was what I wanted.”
Bee began by having some Botox injections and filler to remove eye bags.
She was amazed by how great the results were, so immediately decided to get some more.
A boob job became her next goal, with the mum explaining: “After breastfeeding my breasts were left looking like bags of marbles.
“I remember when I was feeding my children I loved the larger size so I set about replicating that size.”
She went under the knife in 2007, but by 2011 her dream chest had become a nightmare.
“I had to have my implants removed because one implant had ruptured,” she explained.
“The left was literally squeezed out of my breast due to a PIP implant rupture.”
This didn’t put her off though, and Bee soon had another op on her boobs boosting them to an HH cup thanks to half a litre of saline in each.
“I wanted them big and plastic looking and out there. I wanted to be 50 and proud of my breasts. The PIP scare didn’t worry me I went back for more surgery,” she said.
Next up Bee decided to tackle her thighs, as she wasn’t happy with their shape. She wanted a gap between them, so decided the surgeon’s knife was the best way to achieve one. Unfortunately, things once again didn’t go to plan.
“I had the procedure were fat is sucked out of the inner thighs and skin is pulled and meant to create even and thinner thighs and a gap like high-end catwalk models have,” she said.
“However once the extensive bruising had disappeared and I’d worn the special customised leg tights for six weeks I was horrified to see my surgeon had botched the procedure.”
Bee’s legs were left lumpy and with pulled skin.
She’s now making it her mission to ensure other women realise the risks with this kind of surgery.
It will cost $10,300 to repair the results of the botched procedure, which the mum is saving up for at the moment.
The experience hasn’t put her off updating her look though, and Bee has Botox and fillers between three and five times a year. She also has her lips maintained so they always look full, and she’s had eyebrow tattoos.
On top of this, she’s been to Hungary to have her teeth capped for $17,250 plus she’s splashed out on a mini silhouette face lift to help her jaw line look tight.
She wants a butt job in the future, as well as another face lift, laser surgery around the eyes and Botox in her feet to stop high heels from hurting.
There are non-invasive procedures on her list too, including a vampire face lift, IPL laser treatments, regular face peels, facials and dermabrasion as well as detoxifying massages to drain unwanted fluid.
Regular hair extensions, pedicures and spa weekends cost even more money, with the mum saving, using credit cards and taking out loans.
“Over the past decade I have spent a lot but it adds up slowly and until you add it up you don’t realise the costs which includes travel and accommodation and consultations,” she admitted.
“My only regret is the thigh gap surgery — I need that fixed.
“It’s botched and for me I think we should have a central list people can name and shame surgeons on — with so many people having all different types of surgery it’s time to have such a site or perhaps a patient rating site with gold stars or a site where people can openly list their botched surgeries and find surgeons happy to repair it at a discount.”
Bee had her first invasive procedure when she was in her 40s and freely admits she looks completely different now to when she was in her 20s and 30s.
She’s used to people from her past failing to recognise her and loves being mistaken for someone 20 years younger — especially as it means she’s constantly approached by younger guys when she’s out.
Bee has got used to being chased by toyboys, which could be part of the reason she’s vowed to still be going under the knife in her 90s.
“It used to be you had children and just got old,” she said.
“Now we can turn back the clock and for me the plastic look is what I like.
“It may not rock other people’s worlds but it does mine so before you moan remember it’s my life.”
Not everyone is such a fan of her look — Bee admits some of her family worry about her repeatedly going under anaesthetic.
Still she won’t give up on her dream body.
“I am proud of my body and after celebrating my 52nd birthday with Botox and fillers and a summer holiday to Europe I can’t wait for another short break away to show off my Jessica Rabbit breasts in a bikini,” she said.
9. Transgender woman spends £52k on plastic surgery to look 'perfect'

And her wife is fully supportive of her decision.
Fulvia Pellegrino has had more than 150 lip and cheekbone fillers, four breast implants, and two rounds of liposuction.
The 56-year-old, from Italy, has spent €12,000 (£9,000) on her bum and is planning even more surgery in her quest for the perfect face and body.
Remarkably, Fulvia’s wife, Marisa, is standing by her husband, although the pair are now more like sisters than a married couple.
Fulvia said: “I am not happy with my ‘perfect’ body, because it is not perfect. Perfection is something else.”
Fulvia was just fifteen years old when she first realised she was transgender .
But fearful of her strict religious family, and her father who was in the clergy, Fulvia kept her feelings a secret.
She said: “I was living with my family who were very narrow minded and very religious.
“I never manifested my will because it was impossible with my dad.
“He had three sons and he wanted three sons only.”
She kept her torment hidden even when she met her wife, Marisa Altare, 32-years-ago.
But secretly Fulvia frequented gay clubs and cross-dressed in the privacy of her own garage.
She said: “I was feeling trapped in my body. I hid in the garage and put make-up on dressed like a woman.
“I never showed that side of me because I was ashamed of it.”
Fulvia masked her turmoil and exaggerated her masculinity in public, buying guns and owning expensive cars.
She said: “It is difficult to grow up with a body which is not yours. You try to mask it in every way playing football, drinking beers, buying American 4x4s and go shooting to feel like a man.
“Instead you understand it is a mask and so you need to throw it away and become what you are.”
Finally sixteen years ago (2000) Fulvia could not bear to hide and confessed to Marisa that she wanted to transition.
She said: “Obviously Marisa lost if for a moment, it is not something that is easy to accept.
“Today Marisa and I are nothing more than two sisters.
“We live together, we argue like two normal people but not like husband and wife.”
Fulvia began her transition by receiving hormone therapy and looking into plastic surgery.
And Marisa visited a psychologist to help her come to terms with her new life.
But while Marisa was accepting of Fulvia her parents refused to tolerate it.
Fulvia said: “My dad asked my wife to sign a paper to send me into a psychiatric institution to make me change my mind.
“It was very hard, when my father passed away they didn’t let us go to the funeral because they were ashamed of us.
“The only people who accepted me were my brothers.”
But despite her family’s turmoil, Fulvia began to pursue her extreme look with breast implants, a nose job and face lift in 2004.
Three more breast augmentations followed by liposuction, numerous fillers in her cheeks and lips and a £22,000 butt lift.
But Fulvia, who used to run a restaurant but no longer works, struggled financially.
She sold her guns, cars and a house in France to pay for her expensive surgeries.
Now the pair struggle on Marisa’s wage as a holistic therapist.
And while Marisa is happy to support Fulvia’s quest to achieve her desired look, inhabitants in their town of Peveragno have gone of their way to exclude the couple.
Fulvia said: “I am now the clown of Peveragno. They point at me, they talk about me, they start inventing stories about me that I am a prostitute.
“My friends have all vanished – they didn’t accept me.
“I couldn’t be without Marisa and do what I do without her. She is always here with me.”
But despite the difficulty she faces Fulvia is desperate to continue her plastic surgery.
She said: “I want to look like Allanah Starr, an American transgender porn star.
“Plastic surgery is not a drug but its something that people like me need.
“I am not happy with my face and other parts of my body.
“I won’t stop here, I want to go ahead because it’s not perfect. If I reach perfection maybe I will stop.”
