But that's exactly how Chael Sonnen gets ready for his fights. The loudmouth known for his outlandish comments at press conferences will square off with Ortiz in a light heavyweight clash set to headline the event from Los Angeles, California. It all gets started a 9 p.m. ET on Spike TV.
