Floodwaters wreak havoc on Houston roadways
MORE STORMS ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT FOR HOUSTON
After a rainy Wednesday, rain is expected to redevelop after midnight. The rain may be heavy at times, but not as heavy as Wednesday morning. Low temps will fall to the middle and upper 50s.
On Thursday, expect moderate to heavy rain in the morning. The heaviest rain will be near the coast, where 1-2" of rain is possible. Expect less than an inch of rain in metro Houston. The rain will be east of the city by noon. Temperatures will be in the upper 60s during the afternoon.
The extended forecast calls for more rain and storms Friday night and Saturday. After that, expect drier and cooler weather starting Sunday.
