Kids’ Choice Awards: Cast Of ‘Henry Danger’ Pulls An Oscar Best Picture Snafu, Names ‘Moonlight’ Winner

The Oscar’s Best Picture snafu is still fresh in people’s minds, and Saturday night’s Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards made sure to relive the unforgettable moment when La La Land was crowned the winner instead of Moonlight.

Henry Danger beat out four other series, including Girl Meets World, to win Favorite Kids’ Show. As the cast went up to accept their orange blimp, Hollywood’s biggest moment this year didn’t go unnoticed. The show’s star Jace Norman was giving his speech when he stopped and announced that there had been a mistake.

“You guys, this must be a mistake, this says ‘Favorite Kids’ Show: Moonlight,’” Norman joked as the rest of the cast stared at the camera wide-eyed. “I didn’t even know they were nominated.”

Nickelodeon’s official Twitter page later captured the moment and tweeted, “Nah, no mistake here. Congrats Henry Danger.”

The 2017 KCAs, hosted by John Cena, also crowned Fuller House as Favorite Family Show and America’s Got Talent as Favorite Reality Show. The ceremony also featured the premiere of a brand new Wonder Woman trailer, shared by Gal Gadot and Chris Pine.

Perrie Edwards sizzles in a daring silver mini dress as Little Mix arrive at Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards

She recently gushed about her new boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.

And Perrie Edwards looked to be in high spirits as she put on a sizzling display at Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards in LA on Saturday.

She showed off her incredible figure in a daring silver mini dress as she arrived at the event with bandmates Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson.

The 23-year-old teamed the metallic number featuring a choker neckline with a pair of black strappy heels, while wearing her poker straight blonde locks down in a centre parting.

Meanwhile, Jade, 24, showed off her toned midriff in a matching pink crop top and mini skirt, which she teamed with a fluffy pink coat.

Opting for a more covered-up look, Leigh-Anne, 24, showed off her svelte figure in a printed retro-inspired jumpsuit.

In keeping with her bandmate's predominantly monochrome colour palette, Jesy, 25, chose a plunging lace-up maxi dress that skimmed her curves.

Little Mix recently wowed fans in their new music video for No More Sad Songs, where they donned racy bikinis and cowboy hats for the American-themed video.

The band, who have been busy promoting the new track on social media,  are currently touring with Ariana Grande in the US.

They are up for the Favorite Global Music Star category at Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice Awards and will be performing on stage at the ceremony.

Last month, the band scooped the Best Single award at the BRITs last up for their break up anthem Shout Out To My Ex.

Battling it out in a star-studded category, the victory was made all the more sweeter by the group pipping Perrie's ex Zayn Malik to the title.

Perrie recently spoke about her new boyfriend Alex, describing him as 'very sexy'.

She said in a filmed chat about her love life: 'I have a boyfriend and his name is Alex. He plays for Arsenal. He's very cute and hot… and sexy.'

Co-Parenting Champs! Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey Attend Kids’ Choice Awards with Twins Roc and Roe

Their dad may want to steer them away from the spotlight, but Monroe and Moroccan Scott sure know how to work an awards show.

The 5½-year-old twins of Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon accompanied their parents to Nickelodeon’s 2017 Kids’ Choice Awards on Saturday.

Carey matched with her daughter ‘Roe in striped ensembles and matching wavy hairdos. Meanwhile, Cannon wore matching orange outfits with ‘Roc. (In case you were wondering, Cannon was wearing his orange turban under his hood.)

Ahead of the event, Carey shared her excitement about attending the ceremony, showing off her matching striped ensembles with daughter ‘Roe.

Cannon, 36, is the current chairman of TeenNick, and has been a development and creative consultant for the network since 2009.

He starred in multiple Nickelodeon series during the late 1990s and early 2000s, including All That, Kenan & Kel and All That spin-off The Nick Cannon Show. He was famously slimed during the Kids’ Choice Awards in 2013.

Carey and Cannon split in 2014 and divorced in November, but have since been open about the importance of putting their kids first in their relationship.

“I think that’ll be something that we’ll always embrace as a family and as our families expand,” Cannon, who welcomed son Golden in February, told PEOPLE recently of co-parenting with Carey over the holidays.

“It’s kinda the norm. It’s all rooted in love, it’s all rooted in positive energy,” the America’s Got Talent host added. “There’s no hard feelings and ill will. Ultimately, it’s about putting the kids first and making sure they have the best childhood they could possibly have.”
